To comply with current legislation on data protection we must advise you of the personal data we hold.
What do we keep?Your name, your email address, your home address, your landline number, your mobile number, your pet(s) details, the name and telephone number of your veterinary, the contact details of the person you put in charge in case of an emergency (NB: you should make sure your emergency contact gives his consent for us to use his information).
Why do we keep your information?In case of an emergency, for booking information, to make sure the business runs smoothly, to send some cards related to your pet (eg: Christmas cards etc.)
How is your information protected?We have a security protocol to maintain the safety of your personal information. By law we must keep your information for a minimum of 3 years after the end of the boarding end date. We will keep your information for a maximum of 6 years after your pet last stay at our hotel.
Who has access to your information?We will not give your information to any other parties. However, we could release information to comply with the law or to protect ourselves, our property or our rights.
What about social media?We may use some pictures or videos for our Facebook, Instagram, twitter or website. We will not show your name but may use the name of your pet. If you don’t want us to use any pictures or videos of your pet, please let us know in advance.
What are your rights?If for any reason you don’t want us to keep record of your information, please let us know by email. We will erase any electronic data from our system and will destroy any information kept on paper.
Should we need to change our data protection policy we would post these changes on our website.

What To Bring
TERMS AND CONDITIONSIn order to preserve health and safety all rabbits must be fully vaccinated to be accepted in the premises. You will be asked to present a proof of an up to date vaccinal status when bringing your rabbit in (RHD, RHD2 and Myxomatosis)All pets should enter the premises parasite free. Should we find evidence of any parasites we will treat your pet at your expense. Any medical conditions must be discussed with us prior to boarding to ensure the health and safety of other boarders.Should your pet suffer a chronical condition and need daily medication or treatment we are happy to help at no extra cost. Please let us know when you are booking and provide us with enough medication for your pet’s stay.We carry out frequent bottom checks to ensure that all pets are kept clean, however we will not be held liable in the unfortunate event that your pet becomes a victim of flystrike.Should your pet become ill whilst boarding with us, we will seek veterinary advice and keep you informed. Any veterinary fees which we incur on your behalf and will be payable by you on your return. For your convenience you may want to consider a pet insurance.In the unlikely event of a death occurring whilst your pet is boarding with us, we will notify you as soon as possible, so that we can arrange for your final wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst boarding with us. All pets are left entirely at their owner’s risk.To avoid any food and skin allergies owners should provide us with enough food for the stay of their pet.Owners can bring their pet’s favourite toys and beddings. We will wash it daily but will accept no liability should it deteriorate. Pets will not mix with other boarders to avoid any risk unless they are from the same household and their owners decide to keep them together.All arrivals and departures are by appointment only. Failure to comply with the agreed appointment time, may result in you not being unable to drop off or collect your pet.All bookings are to be secured by a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Failure to secure your booking with a deposit may result in the loss of your booking without warning.Any balances, full or remaining, must be paid in full on the day of arrival. Cash and Debit cards are the only payment methods accepted.If you wish to extend your booking or cannot collect your pet on the agreed day, then every additional day will be charged at our current daily price until collection. Failure to collect your pet may result in your pet being rehomed and legal action being taken against you.
